About admission
Is Studienkolleg always required?
Not always. It depends on your previous education, the country, the programme, and the requirements of the specific university. That is why we do not answer in general terms, but look at your case.
Can I apply without B2?
Sometimes yes, but not for every route. In some cases you can build the language level in parallel with application prep, and in others B2 is needed earlier. We check this at the start.
What is APS and does everyone need it?
APS is a preliminary document check for part of the applicants to Germany. It is not always required, but if it is, you cannot postpone it because it strongly affects your timeline.
How long does the whole admission process take?
It depends on your starting point: whether you already have the language, whether the documents are ready, whether APS is needed, and which semester interests you. Realistically, it is wise to leave several months for a calm process without rush.
About courses
How do I know which group fits me?
Through a short entry test and a starting conversation. We look not only at the formal level, but also at pace, understanding of the material, and readiness for a specific group.
Can I take German and maths at the same time?
Yes, if your schedule and workload allow it. Very often that combination gives the best result before the Aufnahmeprüfung.
What is included in the course price?
Learning materials, books, headphones, lesson recordings, group chat support, and Exam Lab where it is built into the course.
What if I miss a lesson?
You will have the lesson recording and the materials. If the absence is not systematic, that is usually enough to stay in the group rhythm.
About calls
What is the difference between a Discovery Call and a Beratung Call?
A Discovery Call is a short free introduction that helps us understand your starting point. A Beratung Call is a deeper paid format with strategy, chance analysis, and a written summary.
Can I write first without a call?
Yes. If the question is simple, you can start with email or Telegram. But if you need to sort out route, countries, language, and documents together, a call is almost always more effective.
What should I prepare for a consultation?
The country and field you are interested in, your current language level, what documents you already have, and the semester you want. Even a few lines of context are enough.
About payment
Can I pay in parts?
Yes. For courses and admission support, payment can be split into three parts if this is agreed before the start.
How does payment work?
Payment happens only through a contract or an agreed invoice. The payment details are sent after the format, amount, and payment stages are agreed.
Do you ask for random public transfers “to a card”?
No. We do not ask you to send money “into nowhere”. Payment should always be tied to an agreement, a service format, and agreed payment details.
