What this page governs
These terms describe the general logic of how deDACH works through dedach.academy: requests, calls, courses, admission support, and the basic communication between the sides.
For people who leave a request, book a call, take a course, or use admission support.
This page does not replace an individual contract or separately agreed written terms.
How a service starts
Cooperation does not begin after a button click, but after the format is confirmed. A Discovery Call or first message helps clarify the route, but does not by itself mean the automatic start of paid work.
- Before the start, the product, its scope, timing, and the next step are agreed.
- If the format changes, we agree it separately instead of “assuming it as we go”.
- Paid cooperation starts after the terms are agreed and payment is made under the rules fixed separately.
Communication and responsibility
We communicate through agreed channels: email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other tools needed for the specific product. deDACH is responsible for its part of the work, but the process also depends on how timely the student provides documents, replies, and feedback.
- We do not replace the university, Studienkolleg, or consulate.
- We are not responsible for delays if documents or replies are not provided on time.
- A clear channel, clear pace, and a clear next step matter to both sides.
Priority of the contract and individual agreements
If there is a difference between this page and your contract, invoice, or separately agreed written terms, the individual terms for the specific cooperation take priority.
If you want to clarify details before the start, write to hi@dedach.academy or see Payment and Privacy Policy.
