deDACH
Payment / Terms

How our payment works

Here is the short version: payment happens only under contract or an agreed invoice, can be split into three parts, and the payment details are fixed only after the cooperation format is agreed.

No random transfers

We do not work through “just send it somewhere to a card”. First the format, amount, and stages are agreed, and only after that do you receive a contract or invoice with payment details.

Payment only under contract

Any paid deDACH service — admission support, a course, or a consultation — is paid only after the format is agreed and on the basis of a contract or an agreed invoice.

What is fixed

The service format, its cost, stages, timing, and payment order.

What we do not do

We do not ask you to “send money quickly” without agreed terms and payment details.

Payment can be split into three parts

For the core products, payment can be split into three parts if this is agreed before the start of cooperation.

  • Splitting is not an automatic rule for every case, but it is possible.
  • The payment stages are agreed before the cooperation begins.
  • This allows you not to cover the full amount at once while still keeping a clear schedule for both sides.
If you need a split payment, it is better to say so before the start. Then we can fix the stages right away without chaos later.

Where the payment goes

The payment is sent to the account listed in the contract or agreed invoice. The payment details are aligned with all sides before the transfer happens.

  • The payment details do not “float separately” from the agreement.
  • Before payment, it should already be clear which product you are taking and in what format.
  • If needed, we confirm receipt of payment and the next step in the cooperation.

When cooperation is considered confirmed

Paid cooperation starts after the terms are agreed and payment has been received according to the contract or agreed invoice.

If the format is still unclear, it is better to start with a Discovery Call or write to hi@dedach.academy instead of paying for something in advance without a clear logic.
